Jeep Gladiator Interior Changes
We expect some minor improvements in the 2024 Jeep Gladiator interior. Seating is a big issue. It needs more cushioning and back support to make the bumpy rides enjoyable. Also, they could introduce a brand-new stereo system. The dashboard is fully digital, which is a nice surprise.
Infotainment is a 12-inch screen with standard connectivity. Hands free driving might be offered, but we must wait and see if Jeep makes their own or borrows one. There is no full electrification happening as of now, which is a surprise. Perhaps the next generation might introduce a new platform to accommodate all the electric powertrain components. There is also the good old 3.6-liter V6 with 285 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque. This engine comes with an eight-speed automatic transmission. We also have a 3.0-liter diesel V6 with 260 horsepower and 440 pound-feet of torque. All are good choices for a mountain climbing pickup.
Fuel Economy
The 2024 Jeep Gladiator offers decent mileage due to its size. Manual transmission models get 16 mpg in the city and 23 on the open road. The estimate for automatic ones is 16/22 mpg. The diesel gets much more than that, 22 mpg for city driving and 28 on the open road. The introduction of an electric model may improve these figures.
2024 Jeep Gladiator Price and Release Date
We expect the new 2024 Jeep Gladiator to arrive sometime during the summer of 2023. Hopefully, supply chain issues will not derail this. The price will depend on the trim you choose, and there are many.
