The next 2024 Ram 3500 is getting a minor refresh. The first spy shots are here, showing a couple of small visual updates. On the other hand, there could be at least one big upgrade, per source. If that truly happens, then the front fascia will probably get new elements.
The Ram 3500 truck is a very capable model, offering great performances, reliable transmission, modern interior design, and much more. Surely, the cabin will also gain a couple of important updates. However, we don’t know yet if Ram prepares another mid-cycle facelift or something more significant.

Unfortunately, spy shots didn’t reveal that much. However, some trustworthy reports are predicting at least one big upgrade. This means the front fascia could introduce a new grille or even new LED headlights.
The air intake seems to be bigger than before. The side profile looks the same, while the rear section could get improved taillights. Unfortunately, we’ll have to wait for another batch of spy shots or to wait for official details.
Interior Updates
The new 2024 Ram 3500 HD truck will be the first in line to feature a more comfortable cabin with higher-quality materials, according to the automaker. Reportedly, this model will provide more upright materials and more high-tech features. For an instance, a brand-new Clearview camera is on the way. Electronic switches allow the frameless rearview mirror to alternate between a video display and a conventional rearview mirror.
Additionally, the digital display may show many camera views simultaneously and has a field of view that is adjustable. This model will reportedly also receive some new safety aids as well. The truck’s size won’t change, so expect the same roomy cabin with a high level of comfort.
Ram 3500 HD Specs
The performance of the 2024 Ram 3500 could gain a small improvement. This is far from official, but reliable sources are predicting exactly that. The engine lineup remains, so the only upgrade could be to add more horses to one of the engines. There is a standard 6.4-liter V8 gasoline engine with 410 horsepower. 8-speed automatic transmission is available, along with the standard RWD system. As before, an AWD setup will be optional.
On top of that, a 6.7-liter turbodiesel is on offer, providing two different outputs. The first output has 850 lb-ft of torque, while the second output will deliver above 1,000 lb-ft of torque. Unlike the gasoline engine, diesel comes with a unique 6-speed automatic transmission. Again, expect more power from the Ram 3500 in the future, as the biggest competitors are doing the same thing.
2024 Ram 3500 Price, Release Date
The price of the base model will start at around $34,000. However, the 2024 Ram 3500 has so many trim levels and packages. For an instance, the high-output Ram 3500 will cost you an additional $12k. The sales will begin next fall, according to the most recent reports.
