The forthcoming 2024 GMC Sierra HD is going on sale later in 2023. This heavy-duty truck will gain a couple of improvements. The Sierra HD truck is a towing beast, however, there are more potent vehicles in the segment. It is a nice alternative to Chevrolet Silverado HD. On the other hand, Sierra HD looks more upright, in our opinion.
The interior recently received a major update, and the exterior already looks premium and modern. Still, some upgrades will happen. Even the engine department could gain a power boost. In terms of novelties, GMC will also provide a new trim level, revised front fascia, and much more. The 2024 Sierra HD is almost here, and this is what you need to know about this amazing truck.
Minor Visual Updates
The next 2024 GMC Sierra HD will not receive a redesign. However, some parts of the truck will be upgraded. For a start, the front fascia will host new LED headlights and new LED taillights will dominate the rear section. The manufacturer will also add new turn signals on the back. The grille should suffer a small revision and it could grow in size.
The truck is full of nice chrome accents and it looks very upright. We also expect to see new exterior colors, new optional wheels, and new appearance packages. Reportedly, GMC will introduce new trim level as well. Currently, off-road AT4 and luxury Denali trim levels are the most popular buying options. The lower-grad SLT variant is also quite popular, as it comes with a standard MultiPro tailgate.
GMC Sierra HD Interior Changes
On the inside, new 2024 GMC Sierra HD will continue to offer lots of upscale materials and lots of technology. The dashboard is relatively fresh, along with the switchgear. On the other hand, Sierra HD will get new front bucket seats, an improved center console and more safety aids. The cabin is spacious enough and you can choose between various cab layouts.
The Denali trim level was the most luxurious trim level. However, GMC recently introduced the Denali Ultimate variant with even more luxury. In terms of technology, this truck has a standard 8-inch touchscreen. A 13.4-inch infotainment display is optional. However, this unit comes as standard in Denali and Denali Ultimate models. Besides that, GMC will add new safety aids, additional standard features, and much more.
